1. How do I create an account?

You can set up your randbfashion.com account in two easy ways - either from our Sign Up page or with your Facebook / Apple / Gmail profile.

To set up your account using our Sign Up page, simply follow these steps:

Click 'Sign In' at the top of the page.
Click 'Sign Up' from the selector above.
Enter your name and email address.
Create a password and confirm it.
Select your gender.
Click 'Create Account Now'.

To set up your account with your social profile, follow these steps:

Click 'Sign In' at the top of the page.
Click 'Sign In with Facebook / Gmail / Apple.
Click 'OK' on the permissions dialog box that appears on your social page.
randbfashions.com will use your social details to create your randbfashions.com account.

2. Can I change my email address?

We’re sorry, you will not be able to change the email address you’ve used to create your existing account. If you’d like to use a different email address, you’ll have to sign up and create a new account.

3. How do I change my password?

To change your password, follow these easy steps:

Sign in to your randbfashions.com account.
Go to the My Account section.
Go to your Profile page.
Click on Change Password.
Enter your current and new password (something secure that's easy to remember), and confirm it.
Hit the 'Save Changes' button.

How do I change my billing address?

To change your billing address:

Go to the My Account section.
Click on the Address Book tab on the left of the page.
Click on the 'Add a New Address' link at the top of the page.
Make your changes and save your new billing address.
